Baltimore Man Surrenders In Murder Of Dad 'Just Getting Life Together' A man wanted in a January Baltimore killing has surrendered to authorities, authorities said. Davone McDaniels, 37, was being held without bail and on a first-degree murder charge in the death of 38-year-old Tarone Thompson on Jan. 15, 2022, according to city police. Police responding to the 2300 block of West Lanvale Street found Thompson suffering gunshot wounds around 10:25 p.m., they said. He was pronounced dead by medics at the scene.
