Dead Body Pulled From Water At Baltimore County Park: Police (Developing) Police in Baltimore County are working to determine the ID of a man pulled from the water at Gwynn Oak Park on Thursday morning. Officers were called to the park after receiving a report of a swift water rescue on Sept. 26, where paramedics were able to determine that the person was dead based on the condition of his body. According to investigators, the initial call was received at 9:15 a.m. on Thursday morning, though it took until around 11:45 a.m. to safely remove the body due to the location it was found. Maryland Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team Polishes Skills On Potomac River The Maryland Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team, or HART, drew some attention as they were training on the Potomac River, officials say. The team practiced using swift water rescue boats and a National Guard helicopter to make sure they are prepared for rescue missions in the unpredictable waters.  The team, which worked side by side with the Maryland Army National Guard said that "every day is a training day", as they continuously prepped for everyday and extraordinary emergencies.
