Police are on the lookout for a white Acura that was involved in a hit-and-run that left a skateboarder dead in Montgomery County overnight Monday, April 8. The man was riding a skateboard in the westbound side of Veirs Mill Rd., just prior to Monterrey Dr., when he was hit by a white Acura TL heading westbound shortly after 12 a.m., Montgomery County Police said. A skateboarder has died after being struck by a vehicle overnight in Columbia, authorities say. Police are asking for the public's help identifying the suspect and vehicle that fatally struck Joseph Shawn Deliberts, 32, on Snowden River Parkway south of Oakland Mills Road in the overnight hours of Thursday, July 28, according to Howard County police.
