Two students were killed walking to school on Monday morning in Prince George's County, police say. The Riverdale Park Police Department issued an alert advising that at around 8 a.m. on Monday, two children were walking to school when they were struck by a driver near the intersection of Riverdale and Taylor roads. The Maryland Attorney General has released body-cam footage of a fatal police-involved shooting last month while officers were conducting a welfare check on a 75-year-old man at his Riverdale Park home. The Maryland Attorney General’s Office has released new information after a reportedly suicidal man was shot and killed by police in Riverdale Park following a midday standoff with police. At least three people suffered injuries during a shooting at a Maryland McDonald’s location, police said.
