Police Called To Body Recovery From Maryland Pond
A body is being recovered after it was found in a Rockville pond, authorities say.
Officials responded to a call of a body found in a pond near Southlawn Lane/Red Gate Park in Rockville around 10 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 8, according to Montgomery Count Fire and Rescue Service Public Information Officer Pete Piringer.

Violent Head-On Crash Outside Redland Middle School Seriously Injures, Traps At Least One
At least one person was seriously injured after a violent crash over the weekend in Montgomery County, authorities say.
The victim was trapped inside of a vehicle after the collision that occurred around 10 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 9 in the 6500 block of Muncaster Mill Road near Bowie Mill Road, according to a Montgomery County Fire and Rescue spokesperson.

A crane that came into contact with live wires set a vehicle and road on fire in Colesville, authorities say.
The incident occurred on near Clifton Road and Cannon Road Park around 10:30 a.m., Thursday, June 9, according to Montgomery County Police.
