Teen Boy Fatally Shot In Head, 2nd Victim Survives In Baltimore A 16-year-old boy died after being shot in the head and a 42-year-old man was shot in his lower back in what police believe was the same incident Wednesday evening, April 19 in Baltimore. The incident happened just before 9 p.m. on the 1900 block of Grinnalds Avenue. Responders attempted life-savings measures, but the boy was pronounced dead at the scene. While on scene, homicide detectives were notified of a second victim at an area hospital. The victim was suffering a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his lower right back. The investigation remains ongoing.

Three Men Arrested In Recent DC Shooting: Police Three men were arrested in a non-fatal shooting in D.C., police said. On August 24, at around 7:20 p.m., officers responded to the scene on Quincy Place, to find two adult men suffering from gunshot wounds, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. Another male victim arrived at a local hospital, and all three victims were treated for non-life threatening injuries, authorities reported. At the scene, five firearms were recovered and Kharee Jackson, 29, Pernell Jackson, 36, and Charles Turner, 35, were arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon, police said.
