A 31-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a shooting that killed the Virginia NAACP leader during a birthday trip to Turks and Caicos, authorities said. A Virginia NAACP leader was killed in an ambush attack while vacationing in the Turks and Caicos islands over the weekend by alleged gang members, according to multiple reports.
