Man Fatally Struck By Train in Northern VA: Metro Transit Police (Developing) Officials confirmed that a man was struck and killed by a train at the Dunn Loring-Merrifield station in Vienna on Wednesday afternoon. The Metro Transit Police Department was called shortly after 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 15 to the station to investigate reports of a person who was struck by a train and reportedly dragged.
