Omar Gaber Shalabi, 18, Juwan Makih Jackson, 18, Richard Daryl Hillian, 19, along with a 17-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy were taken into custody after fleeing from police on Monday, Feb. 6, according to Anne Arundel County police investigators. Teenage Boy Shot At Anne Arundel County Playground A teenage boy was shot near a Severn playground in an early afternoon attack, authorities say. The 15-year-old victim was shot in the 8100 block of Meade Village Circle shortly before 1 p.m., Thursday, July 7, according to Anne Arundel County Police. Initial investigation revealed that a group of four black males pulled up to the playground in a dark SUV and began shooting toward the playground when the boy was struck. Police responded to the reported robbery after the teen called them from his girlfriend's home in the 1600 block of Meade Village Circle on Wednesday, April 13, Anne Arundel County Police said.  Several male suspects, one with a gun, were said to have approached the teen, punched him and stole his belongings.
