Seen him? An alert has been issued by law enforcement agencies in Maryland as they seek the public’s assistance in locating a missing man who may be in need of medical attention. The Maryland Center for Missing and Unidentified Persons (MCMUP) released a photo of 31-year-old Shawn Paavola, who was last seen on Sunday, Aug. 7 in Charlotte Hall in St. Mary’s County. Investigators described Paavola as being 6-foot-3 weighing approximately 230 pounds. Judge Won't Toss Excessive Force Claims In Wrongful Death Lawsuit Of Anton Black
A ruling by a federal judge paves the way for the family of 19-year-old Anton Black to continue with a lawsuit claiming that police on Maryland's Eastern Shore used excessive force when they handcuffed him and shackled his legs, according to the AP.
