Niyiraha Berry, 23, of Baltimore, was charged with first-degree murder, Baltimore Police said March 27. Police believe Berry shot and killed Denzel Brown near the 4000 block of Loch Raven Boulevard on Wednesday, March 6. Officers responded around 5:45 p.m. and found Brown wounded from gunfire before rushing him to a nearby hospital for treatment, where he succumbed to his injuries.
