A man has been charged with a shooting and kidnapping involving a young girl in Maryland, police announced. Prince George’s County Police were called to investigate reports of a shooting outside a business on the 7400 block of Livingston Road in Oxon Hill around 9:05 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 15. A man was found with life-threatening injuries and was treated at the scene until ambulance crews arrived. An elderly man is dead after a multiple vehicle collision in Oxon Hill over the weekend, authorities say. James Charles Johnson, 86, was rushed to the hospital after getting into the crash around 2:45 p.m., Friday, Oct. 14 in the area of Livingston Road and Crisfield Drive, according to Prince George's County Police. Johnson succumbed to his injuries on Saturday, Oct. 15. Three teens are facing charges for allegedly carjacking a pair at gunpoint in broad daylight in Prince George's County, officials announced. Prince George’s County Police patrol officers from the Oxon Hill Station arrested a 17-year-old and 16-year-old, both from Oxon Hill, and a 17-year-old from Washington, DC on Sunday, Sept. 25 following an investigation into a midday carjacking. Oxon Hill Popeyes Killer Sentenced For Stabbing Man Who Cut In Line For Food
A man who stabbed a person to death outside of a Popeyes in Oxon Hill has been sentenced to over two decades in prison, reports WJLA. Ricoh McClain, 32, was convicted last April of killing Kevin Davis, 27, outside of the restaurant in the 6200 block of Livingston Road on Nov. 4, 2019 after Davis allegedly cut several people in line to order food, the outlet continues. McClain and Davis got into an argument about the incident before walking outside where McClain fatally stabbed Davis. McClain has been sentenced to serve 22 years in prison for the murder. Robbery Turns Deadly: 4 Arrested In Prince George's Shooting
Two men and two juveniles were arrested in last week's deadly Oxon Hill robbery turned fatal shooting, police in Prince George's said. Angel Amaya, 20, and Josue Torres, 22, and two unidentified juveniles, were charged with first and second degree murder the Dec. 23 shooting death of John Cruz on Livingston Road. $25K Reward Offered For Info In Deadly Prince George's Shooting Of 32-Year-Old Man
A $25,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in the shooting death of a 32-year-old man in Prince George's. John Cruz of Oxon Hill, 32, was shot and killed around 1:50 a.m. on Dec. 23, on the 5500 block of Livingston Road, the PGPD said.
