The son of popular musician Donnel Floyd, Sr. has been identified as the 40-year-old man who was killed in a motorcycle crash on Tuesday afternoon in Prince George's County. Officers were called at around 1 p.m. on Sept. 10 to investigate a reported motorcyclist down in Cheverly, where they found Donnell Floyd, Jr. suffering from critical injuries. A 69-year-old man was killed on his motorcycle after crashing into another vehicle in Prince George's County. Police have identified Upper Marlboro resident Roger Ferguson as the motorcyclist who was killed in a Landover Road crash in Cheverly on Thursday. At approximately 7:15 p.m. on Aug. 22, officers were called to a stretch of the roadway near Route 50 to investigate a crash, where they found Ferguson suffering from critical injuries. Two people were killed in an early morning hit-and-run crash in Prince George's County, police say. Shortly before 2:40 a.m. on Wednesday morning, officers were called to the area of Landover Road and Old Landover Road in Cheverly to investigate a reported crash involving two vehicles. According to police, a driver in a Kia stolen out of Upper Marlboro crashed into a Toyota Camry that was attempting to make a lefthand turn onto Landover Road. $25K Offered After Lanham Teen's Body Found Inside Vehicle
The killer behind the murder of a Lanham teen is still on the run, police say. The Prince George’s County Police Department is actively looking to identify potential suspects responsible for the death of 16-year-old Eduardo Saucedo Olmos. The teen was found fatally shot in the 6400 block of Landover Road in Cheverly around 6:30 p.m., Thursday, March 30. Olmos was found inside a vehicle with an apparent gunshot wound and was pronounced dead on the scene. Police are offering a $25,000 reward for information about this murder. There are currently no known suspects or motives for the crime.
