The International Longshoremen's Association (ILA) went on strike this week, with workers walking picket lines from Maine to Texas, after they were unable to reach an agreement with the US Maritime Alliance on a new master contract. Then new legislation proposed by a Pennsylvania lawmaker is right up your alley. State Rep. Chris Rabb, a Philadelphia Democrat, hasn't formally introduced his bill yet, but he's calling for a four-day, 32-hour work week.
