5 Teens Arrested For Attempted Armed Carjacking In Howard County: Police Five teens were arrested Tuesday, April 7 after an attempted armed carjacking in Howard County with two of them linked to a series of robberies from several months ago, police said. Three males ages 15, 14, and 14, as well as two 15-year-old females, all of Baltimore City, were charged with armed robbery, carjacking and other offenses, the HCPD said. Both females were previously charged in a pair of armed robberies from last November in Ellicott City as well.
