Shortly before 10 p.m. on July 23, officers responded to the 3500 block of Pulaski Highway, where there was a reported hit-and-run involving a Mazda.  Police say that the teen driver in the vehicle struck a 31-year-old man driving an electric scooter on the highway, leaving him with critical injuries. Baltimore Police responded to the scene in the 2400 block of Jefferson Street after receiving reports of a shooting on Sunday, March 5. Keith Gladden, 35, pleaded guilty to the first-degree murder of Dontrell Toliver in the McElderry Park neighborhood back in 2020 on Wednesday, March 16, the office said, according to a release from the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office.
