Pasadena resident Jacob Joseph Muir was sentenced to seven years in federal prison, followed by 30 years of supervised release after pleading guilty to one count of receipt of child porn. According to his plea agreement, between July and August 2019, Muir pretended to be a teenage boy to entice minors to send him sexually explicit photos through Instagram.
