Simone Stewart, 50, has been arrested in connection to the death of Demeatrum Scarborough, 53, who died on Tuesday, Oct. 8 at Medstar Washington Hospital, one day after she ran him over with a truck. Maryland Man Who Downed 11 Mimosas Before Fatal Crash Facing 15 Years: Prosecutors A 22-year-old Maryland man is facing prison time for downing nearly a dozen mimosas then getting behind the wheel of a car and crashing, killing a 62-year-old man, authorities said. Kevin Orihuela, of Rockville, faces up to 15 years in prison after being convicted of killing Germantown's Noel Powell in an August 2022 crash, the Montgomery County State's Attorney said.
