Photos Of Greenbelt Carjacking Suspects Released
Greenbelt Police are asking for the public's help identifying suspects believed to be involved in an armed carjacking, authorities say. The individuals pictured are considered to be persons of interest in the carjacking that occurred in the 7800 block of Hanover Parkway around 8 p.m., Wednesday, July 6, according to the Greenbelt City Police Department. Delivery Drivers Targeted In String Of Greenbelt Carjackings
Delivery drivers seemed to be the target of the night in Greenbelt after two were carjacked within an hour of each other, authorities say. A food delivery driver was first attacked around 8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 6, on the 7800 block of Hanover Parkway, according to Greenbelt Police. The victim's blue Toyota Corolla was taken by four men wearing all black and black face masks who were armed with a handgun, investigators said. Concern Grows For Critically Missing Greenbelt Who Disappeared Nearly Two Weeks Ago
A man who may be in need of medical attention has gone missing in Greenbelt, and police are looking for the public's help in finding him, authorities say. Malcom Jamaal Mitchell, 35, was last seen in the area of 9116 Springhill Lane around 10:30 a.m., Friday June 3, Greenbelt Police say. Mitchell is diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
