New Anti-Semitic Graffiti Found Spray-Painted Along Maryland Trail
Elected officials in Maryland are condemning the latest instance of anti-Semitic behavior in Montgomery County. For the second time in nearly as many months, anti-Semitic graffiti was found spray-painted along the Bethesda Trolley Trail in the Wildwood neighborhood. Gubernatorial hopeful Wes Moore is looking to make history after reportedly earning the nod in the Democratic primary for governor in Maryland. At Least 8 People Wanted In Murder Of Baltimore Bouncer Marco Nunez
Police have identified eight persons of interest in a recent homicide that claimed the life of a 30-year-old bouncer in Baltimore. Marco Nunez was shot and killed in the 1700 block of Thames Street just before 1 a.m. on Monday, April 25, police said. Nunez was a bouncer at Rodos Bar and was identified by his employer, Fox Baltimore reports. Two members of the Maryland National Guard are being hailed as heroes for helping save a life at a local hospital. Spc. Patrick Sheil and Spc. Paul Hofe are members of the MDARNG’s 1st Battalion, 175th Infantry Regiment. $118,000 Reward Offered In Ambush Shooting Of Baltimore Police Officer
Maryland authorities are offering a $118,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the "ambush-style" shooting of a Baltimore police officer. Keona Holley, a two-year veteran of the force, was shot while sitting in her patrol car early Thursday on the 4400 block of Pennington Avenue, Baltimore police said. Officers were called to the scene around 1:35 a.m., after receiving a report of a patrol car that crashed.
