Stabbing Leaves Woman Critical In Montgomery County: Police
A woman is in critical condition after a stabbing in Montgomery County. Gaithersburg Police officers responded to the 500 block of Girard Street just before 9 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23 and found the woman with lacerations, the department said. Several Northwest High School football coaches as well as Gaithersburg High School's Athletic Specialist have been let go after a massive fight during a football game against the two schools last month, reports Fox 5 DC. The varsity football game on Friday, Sept. 16 was declared a double forfeit after the fight that appeared to have involved both players and coaches from both teams. 'Suspicious Person' With BB Gun Busted At Maryland Target Under Investigation: Police
A subject was taken into custody after reports of an armed person at a Gaithersburg Target, authorities say. Officers were dispatched to the Target at 25 Grand Corner Ave. to investigate a suspicious situation involving a person with a gun around 8:17 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 6, according to Gaithersburg police. Upon arrival, officials were able to locate an unnamed subject armed with a BB gun, and were able to take the subject into custody without issue, they said.
