Derek Steele, 23, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the death of Johnny Small, 55, Baltimore Police said on Wednesday, March 13. Detectives believe Steele shot and killed Small during an argument on the 5300 block of Frankford Avenue on Friday, March 1. Steele, of Baltimore, was arrested near the 1700 block of West Baltimore Street on Monday and is being held without bail. Foxtrot, Northeast and Southwest District Action Team officers also assisted.
