A fugitive who cut off his electronic monitoring device hours after being released by a judge in Charles County made it across several states but was ultimately apprehended in Mississippi, authorities announced. Waldorf resident Mack Lee Cleckley, 40, was arrested by US Marshals following a lengthy search when he went rogue after violating the conditions of his bond in connection to a drug arrest earlier this year.
