K-9 Unit Helps Bust Drug Distributor In Maryland: Sheriff's Office Specialty units were called in to assist detectives from the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office to arrest a man who was busted with cash and drugs, authorities announced. Tall Timbers resident Kenneth Markell Chase, 49, was apprehended by investigators late on Wednesday, Aug. 24 following an investigation into suspected drug distribution throughout the region, according to officials.
