A 37-year-old man has been arrested for the murder of Tyrell Orlando Polley in Harford County earlier this month, authorities announced. Michael Anthony Brown, Jr., of Brooklyn, is in trouble with the law again after being identified as the suspect in Polley's death in Edgewood in early August.
