Ruben Ramirez, 19, of Laurel, and 20-year-old Germantown resident Darrell Alvin Brown have both been arrested and charged following an alleged armed carjacking and robbery earlier this week. Curtis Gipson, 18, was arrested after crashing a Chick-Fil-A deilvery vehicle that he stole shortly before 7:30 a.m., near the area of University Boulevard Wednesday, July 6.  Gipson and the two other occupants of the stolen car tried to flee the scene before being apprehended and taken to a hospital for treatment of non life-threatening injuries.
