For seven days, his family and first responders feverishly searched for Mpoko, until his body was pulled out of the National Harbor in the 400 block of East Pratt Street. Suspect Charged With Murder Of Teen In Baltimore’s Central District: Police A suspect has been arrested and charged days after the deadly shooting of a teen in Baltimore’s Central District, police said. Dejuan Cole, 19, was charged with first-degree murder, Baltimore Police said Tuesday, April 9. Cole, of Pikesville, is accused of shooting 17-year-old Devron Tyner near the 200 block of East Pratt Street on Monday, April 1. Tyner was found wounded at the scene shortly before 8:30 p.m. and taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short time later. Cole turned himself in Monday and was taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility.
