A routine traffic stop in Anne Arundel for an equipment violation revealed large quantities of several illegal drugs, authorities say.
Morgan Powell, 26, and Garry Morris, 20, were arrested after the smell of marijuana wafting from the vehicle prompted a search during the stop on Belle Grove Road and 10th Avenue, around 1 a.m., Thursday, June 9, Anne Arundel Police say.
Officers discovered 5 grams of suspected heroin, 30 grams of suspected crack cocaine, 2 grams of suspected Oxycodone, and $963 in cash.
