A 19-year-old District man will join his teenage co-conspirator behind bars after being sentenced for a armed carjacking that ended in a violent crash in Maryland. Zyier Brown has been sentenced to 30 years in prison with all but 13 years suspended after he and 17-year-old Upper Marlboro resident Victor Noel carjacked both an Uber and later a Toyota driver at gunpoint, the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office announced on Wednesday.
