Man Wanted After Kidnapping D.C. Woman At Gunpoint
Police are asking for the public's help locating a suspect in an armed kidnapping that occurred in the D.C. area, authorities say. Marquez Parker, 44, allegedly kidnapped Selita Lee, 30, at gunpoint in the 2900 block of Van Ness Street, NW, Wednesday, July 27, according to D.C. police. Lee was later confirmed to have been located by D.C. police shortly before 3 p.m. Wednesday. The whereabouts of Parker are still unknown. Police are asking for the public's help locating a critically missing young teenage girl from the DC area, authorities say.. Makenzy Jenkins, 14, was last seen in the 800 block of Howard Street Southeast, around 2 a.m., Thursday, July 14, according to the DC Police Department. Jenkins is described as 5-feet 7-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
