The man — pictured above — was seen on surveillance footage shattering the window, reaching inside and unlocking the door of the unnamed Bethlehem business just before 2:10 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 6, police said. Freeman Jason Walker, 49, of Wiconisco Township, Dauphin County, has been charged in connection with a house fire in the 200 block of Center Street in Wiconisco Township that sent a 62-year-old man to the hospital on Dec. 28, according to a release by state police.
