Candy-Offering Creep Hanging Around Playground Behind Maryland School Wanted: Police An alert was issued by the Annapolis Police Department after a man approached a young girl who was working out at an area school.  Shortly after 11:30 a.m. on Sunday morning, police say that a girl was finishing up a workout at a track in the 200 block of Locust Avenue when she was approached by an unknown man. According to police, the suspicious person attempted to engage the girl in conversation and even offered a piece of candy, leaving her uncomfortable before she left the area without further incident. On Friday, June 24, the Cecil County Sheriff's Office issued an alert for Michael Andrew Darrow, who had multiple warrants out for his arrest for violating his probation for previous assault and resisting arrest charges. Officials said that Darrow had multiple warrants out for his arrest throughout Maryland, as well as other states.
