Baltimore Man Apprehended After Being Connected To Howard County Auto Break-Ins, Police Say
A Baltimore man with a catchy name is facing more than a dozen charges after being busted for a rash of auto break-ins in Howard County, authorities announced.
Terrel Odell Futrell, 26, was charged with 16 total counts of destruction of property, rogue and vagabond, and theft, according to officials in Howard County.
It is alleged that in the overnight hours of Sunday, Aug. 28, and Monday, Aug. 29, Futrell broke into multiple vehicles on Woodpark Lane and Clocktower Lane in Columbia, where he stole various items, according to police.

Serial Burglar Accused Of 27 Commercial Burglaries In Maryland Over Nearly Five Months
A man accused of committing a string of commercial burglaries over the last several months has been arrested, authorities say.
Paul Emanuel, 51, along with two other suspects was arrested in the 10700 block of Hickory Ridge Road after he allegedly robbed a Quick Stop Food Mart on Wednesday, Aug. 10, according to Howard County Police.
Dominick Quarles, 41, and Rolando Morillo Ramirez, 24, were also arrested in connection to the Quick Stop Food Mart robbery.

Attempted Murder Charges For Maryland Man Who Shot Roommate Over Living Conditions: Police
Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred between two roommates in Columbia, authorities say.
The shooting occurred in the 8400 block of Oak Bush Terrace around 7:45 p.m., on Tuesday, Aug. 2, according to Howard County police investigators.
Matthew Ng, 49, was allegedly shot by his roommate Zongping Zhang, 55, over ongoing disputes about living conditions between the two.
Ng was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, where he remains.
