Employment Dispute Leads To Murder Of DC Man In Temple Hills, Police Say Police have arrested a suspect accused of killing a Washington, DC man in Temple Hills last month, authorities announced. Omar Delonte Smith, 27, is believed to have fatally shot Eugene Smith, 31, in the 3100 block of Branch Avenue in the late night hours of Thursday, Feb. 23, according to the Prince George's County Police Department.
