Police have released a sketch of a suspect accused of critically injuring a minor in a Montgomery County shooting, authorities say. The suspect allegedly shot a boy in the 18300 block of Lost Knife Circle around 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 16 according to Montgomery County police. Officers arrived at the scene to find the boy suffering from multiple suspected gunshot wounds, they said. The boy was rushed to a hospital in critical condition. The suspect is described as a Black man in his 20s with a dark complexion. He is around 5-foot-6 with a "husky" build, according to investigators. …

Boy Hit By Car While Getting Off Bus In Montgomery County: Police
A boy was hospitalized after being struck by a car while getting off a bus in Montgomery County, authorities said. The boy exited a Ride-on bus and was struck near the intersection of Woodfield Road and Clearspring Drive around 6:24 p.m., Monday, June 20, according to Montgomery County Police. A southbound 2003 Honda CRV struck the boy as he entered the southbound lanes. The victim was transported to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries. Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who tried to kidnap a boy in D.C., they said. The suspect began talking to the boy before grabbing him and trying to flee from the location at the 3100 block of M Street Northwest around 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, June 7, Metropolitan Police say. Boy Struck, Seriously Injured By Car In Southeast DC: Police
A boy was in critical condition after being hit by a car in Southeast DC Wednesday, June 1, authorities said. The boy was rushed to the hospital unconscious but still breathing after being hit in the 1300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue near Potomac Avenue around 7:47 a.m, police said.
