The man who brutally abused an infant who later died in Frederick County will never see the light of day again after being convicted of child abuse last year, the state's attorney's office announced. Pradeline Delinois was found unresponsive in the 5100 block of Cumberland Street on Aug. 18, according to Prince George's County police.
