The Charles County Sheriff's Office is attempting to track down a flasher who gave a woman an eyeful on Wednesday night. At around 7 p.m. on Wednesday, a woman said she was walking in the area of Hampshire Lake in Waldorf when an unknown man came up to her and exposed himself before taking off on a bicycle. Police have released a sketch of a suspect accused of critically injuring a minor in a Montgomery County shooting, authorities say. The suspect allegedly shot a boy in the 18300 block of Lost Knife Circle around 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 16 according to Montgomery County police.
