Two teens are facing charges after allegedly stealing a woman's BMW while she was parked in Baltimore, police say. Over the weekend, officers from the Baltimore Police Department were called to investigate a reported carjacking in the 2400 block of Liberty Heights Avenue involving a woman who was targeted by two armed men. The woman said she was parked around 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 9, when the pair approached her BMW, ordered her out of the vehicle and took off in it, though they did not get far. A would-be carjacking victim took matters into his own hands and didn't let a burgeoning teen criminal get away after a pair attempted to flee the scene of the crime, but was't quick enough this time. A Maryland father is being praised for actually parenting his child. Members of the Baltimore Police Department busted a teenage driver who was cruising in a stolen vehicle, but not before officers were tipped off by his father, who blew the whistle on his kid.
