Jury Finds Man Guilty Of Murder In Shooting Of Baltimore Police Officer Keona Holley
One of the suspects accused of killing Baltimore Police Officer Keona Holley in December 2021 has been found guilty of first-degree murder, bringing what officers are hoping is a “sense of closure and peace” to her loved ones. The devoted officer and mother of four was fatally shot on Dec. 16, 2021 during a line-of-duty ambush and taken off life support a week later. Elliott Knox, 34, who was charged alongside Trevon Shaw with her murder and the separate homicide of 38-year-old Justin Johnson that occurred just hours later, was convicted Wednesday.
