Man Missing For Months In MD ID'd As Body Found In Potomac River Nearly two months after he was reported missing in Great Falls Park, a man has been identified as the body found along the Potomac River earlier this month. Rockville resident Neil Bernstein was reported missing on Friday, Feb. 17 in the Maryland side of Great Falls Park near Macarthur Boulevard in Potmoac, prompting an extensive search by concerned friends, family, and members of the Montgomery County Department of Police.
