A 15-year-old teen has been arrested for his alleged role in the fatal shooting of Jasper Davis in a Baltimore Metro station earlier this month. The Prince George's County Police Department has identified the 23-year-old Bowie man who was killed after being shot in the middle of the day in Greenbelt on Monday afternoon.
