A strange scene played out in Pasadena early on Tuesday morning, when officers from the Anne Arundel County Police Department were called to investigate reports of a stolen vehicle in the 8300 block of Catherine Avenue, authorities say.

Upon arrival at the scene, police say that they found Williams outside of a stolen Toyota Camry, and a second man inside the passenger's seat.

When the officers made contact with Williams outside of the vehicle, he proceeded to go back into the Toyota, at which point officers used a Taser-like device in an attempt to subdue him; however, it did not affect him.

Williams then fled in the stolen vehicle until he was later apprehended by the police in Baltimore. The second suspect who was sitting in the passenger’s seat remains at large.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing.

Anyone with information regarding the suspects has been asked to contact the Anne Arundel County Police Department’s Tip Line by calling (410) 222-4700.
