A grieving family is seeking the community's assistance as thy hope to send a man to his mother in Honduras after he was killed in an officer-involved shooting when police mistook a grill fork for a weapon in Montgomery County. UPS Employee Arrested For Stealing, Pawning Off Contents Of Packages: Montgomery County Police
A UPS employee from Hyattsville who stole packages and then pawned off the contents for cash has been charged, according to the Montgomery County Department of Police. Adela Beatriz Orellana, 26, was arrested and charged with multiple counts of theft for stealing the contents of packages she accepted, while employed at UPS and selling the stolen items at local pawn shops, officials said.
