A 22-year-old man is facing charges after being busted with drugs and a weapon following the delivery of a suspicious package to a neighbor's home, according to the Montgomery County Department of Police. Kalani Ayi Abulfata Ariyibi-Sani, of Silver Spring, was arrested on Thursday following an investigation into his delivery of a curious package to a neighbor in Silver Spring.
