Police ID Maryland Driver Killed In Officer-Involved Shooting After I-95 Virginia Pursuit New details have been released by Virginia State Police investigators after one was killed in an officer-involved shooting involving Maryland men following a pursuit down I-95.  A carjacking suspect wanted by US Parkway Police was spotted by a Virginia State Police trooper at round 10:15 p.m. on Wednesday night driving south on I-95, which led to a lengthy police pursuit when the driver refused to stop.
