A woman who couldn't pull the trigger during a pair of botched armed robberies at Montgomery County McDonald's has been arrested, authorities announced. Carrie Lynn Nelson, 41, has been arrested and charged for her role in two separate attempted armed robberies that were reported minutes apart in Gaithersburg.
