The sticky situation began when deputies conducted a traffic stop of Prince Frederick resident Barbara Ann Magruder, 46, after she made multiple traffic violations in the area of Fairground Road. During the stop, a bag containing Alprazolam was observed in plain view, and Magruder advised investigators that she had just exchanged pills with a woman identified as Kimberly Marie Hamm in a red Pontiac.
