Officers were called to the 100 block of Faywood Court in Glen Burnie shortly before 11 p.m. on Oct. 8 to investigate a reported assault that would ultimately lead to the arrests of five people for various offenses. Glen Burnie resident Joseph Lemarchant Montgomery, 40, was arrested and charged following an early-morning probe into a reported shooting at the Sunoco gas station on Nursery Road in Linthicum earlier this week.
