Customers Charged With Killing Employee Over Payment Dispute In Maryland: Police
Tipsters helped lead the Prince George's County Police Department to two men who were wanted in connection to a fatal shooting at an area tire shop last month. Capitol Heights resident Ronnell Hardy, 43, and 42-year-old Avery Eccles, of Upper Marlboro have been been charged for their roles in the murder of Anthony Okoye in September. At approximately 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14, officers were called to the 1200 block of Marblewood Avenue in Capitol Heights, where they found the 41-year-old Bladensburg resident suffering from gunshot wounds at the Prince George's County tire shop. …

Two Injured After CSX Train Strikes Vehicle In Maryland
Two people were injured after their vehicle was struck by a CSX train early on Friday morning, according to the Prince George's Fire/EMS Department. Shortly after 6 a.m. on Oct. 11, officers were called to the area of 52nd and Kenilworth Avenues where there was a reported strike involving a car on the tracks. Two people suffered minor injuries and were taken by paramedics to area hospitals, officials said. There were temporary delays in the area while the scene was cleared. Tire Shop Employee Gunned Down By Two Suspects In Maryland Identified By Police
Police have identified the 41-year-old Bladensburg man who was shot and killed while working at a Prince George's County tire shop over the weekend that remains under investigation days later. A hit-and-run driver who killed a 64-year-old District woman in Prince George's County has been apprehend, the Bladensburg Police Department announced. Beltsville resident Jerome Michael Phillip Young, 42, was arrested on a warrant following the investigation into the fatal crash involving Susan Woodard earlier this month. Police say that a 35-year-old woman died at an area hospital after a weekend crash in Prince George's County. Bladensburg resident Ashley Turner has been identified by investigators as the person killed in a fatal two-vehicle crash that was reported in Seat Pleasant on Saturday night.
