Sketch Of Scooter-Riding Sexual Assault Suspect Released By Police In Maryland Police have released new details as they continue to investigate a man who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman and attempted to rob another on the Bethesda Trolley Trail earlier this year in Montgomery County. On Thursday, Sept. 14, a woman was walking her dog near the intersection of Woodglen Drive and Executive Boulevard when she spotted a man walking toward her while her dog played in the grass.
